These are the best yoga classes I have ever experienced: from the most beautiful studio to the best instructor, Resiliently You Wellness focuses on embracing your strengths while improving your weaknesses.

As a person who has never been flexible at all, these classes allow me to improve my flexibility while also working on my breathing, balance, stability, posture, strength and so much more! I usually enter the classes feeling tired, anxious, and overwhelmed due to a busy schedule, but I always leave in a calm, relaxed and revived state.

If you have a lot on your plate and often feel stressed, I will recommend yoga with Resiliently You. You won’t regret it!

Nastasha is extremely good at what she does. She engages every single one of her clients with kindness, she is very motivational and particularly intentional to make everyone feel comfortable - no matter what your size, age, or gender.

I've attended a few of her group classes and each one has been unique, fulfilling and fun.
